Smiley boy Bubba is a fun and friendly French Bulldog who is looking for his new home where he can be the centre of someone’s world and play with his toys. Bubba suffered an injury to his back as a tiny puppy, this is fully healed and presents no ongoing issues but he does have a large scar where hair does not grow. This is just a visual issue and he has no ongoing issues linked to it. Bubba is very lively and loves to pay with his toys, he would play ball for hours and can need reminding to take a break as he gets so carried away he doesn’t always know when to stop. Bubba is very typical of a Frenchie, he loves people, food and a fuss. Please read up about this breed and their characteristics, they can struggle with the heat and cannot do particularly long or energetic walks but make great companions. Bubba lives with other dogs and is crate trained. Bubba will put a smile on anyone’s face with his lovely happy nature and jolly spirit.
Bubba is castrated, fully vaccinated, health checked and up to date with his flea and worm treatment.
We are currently very busy and rescue spaces are extremely limited – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE HOLIDAYS BOOKED OR ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO FINALISE THE ADOPTION IN GOOD TIME – we have a huge waiting list which we are constantly juggling as we hate turning away dogs in need. Please tell us about and breed experience on your application form. Whilst a loving home is SO important for a rescue dog, they will also need structure, routine, boundaries and long term commitment.
THE DOG YOU MEET AND TAKE HOME MAY NOT BE THE DOG YOU HAVE IN 6 MONTHS TIME – THEY CAN BE NERVOUS AND SHUT DOWN, TAKING TIME TO GAIN CONFIDENCE AND SHOW THEIR TRUE PERSONALITIES – THEY MAY PUSH BOUNDARIES AND BECOME HARD WORK BEFORE SETTLING FULLY. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU AREN’T COMPLETELY COMMITTED TO ADOPTING AND DOING EVERYTHING TO MAKE THE PROCESS WORK.
