Ernie is a fawn 6 year old male French Bulldog

Colour – Fawn

Microchip number and company – Ernie will be chipped and the new owner registered

Known medical conditions – none

Neutered – Ernie has been castrated and is recovering well, he will need his stitching removed in 7 days time by our local vets. Adopters local to Southport can make use of this but adopters out of the area will have to speak to their own vet.

Good with cats – Not tested

Good with kids – We don’t routinely rehome with young children  (under 16) as most of the dogs who come to us have health or behavioural issues.  We will rehome with children if the dog is a puppy.

Travelling in the car – travels fine in a car and curls up

Housetrained – Ernie is a work in progress and currently clean in a crate but will need reminding in his new home as he has previously been a kennel dog

Lead walking – Ernie is apprehensive but will walk on a lead. He needs more work and somebody with time and patience to help him.

Recall – Not tested.

Crate trained – Ernie is happy to sleep in his crate and spend some time during the day.

Current diet – twice a day; no observed allergies

Meal routine – twice a day
