Prudence the French Bull Dog
For anyone who has followed us for a while, you will know Prudence the blue French Bulldog. She has overcome bacterial infections, surgery on her nares and also a corneal ulcer. She has now gained 4kg in weight and is doing amazing.
Whilst Prudence is happy here on long term foster, the constant changing environment of new dogs arriving can unsettle her and we believe there may be her perfect home out there.
Pru has had allergy tests done (a copy will be provided) and requires a specialist hydrolysed food, it is widely available online and she’s doing great on it with no upset tummy or scratching. This food cannot be changed.
Prudence loves attention but is now a big strong girl and can get a little demanding, therefore she cannot live with children or visiting children but could live with another laid back dog.
Flat faced breeds do have their own unique traits and problems so breed experience would be preferred.
We adore Prudence and she’s been with us now for over 8 months, so we would like to keep in touch long term with her new family (we do with most anyway as love seeing their progress!) so priority would be given to local adopters.
Adoption process and donation fee payable.
Prudence is approximately 4 years old, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and walks beautifully on a lead. She is crate trained and sleeps well through the night and is clean in the house but this cannot be guaranteed. Please no full time workers.
Please get in touch or complete an application on our website if you could be a match. There is no rush for her to leave our care so we can wait for the right home 🏡 ❤️

Microchip number and company – known and will update to the new adopter

Needs a home with other dogs – Prudence could live as an only dog with somebody at home full time but could also live with another dog, laid back in attitude. Frenchie breed experience is strongly preferred.
